This is our machinery facility where the scrap metal wastes are collected and their decomposition, compression, pressing and sizing operations are performed respectively. Scrap metals that went through these operations are prepared in shear unit to be dispatched to smelter.  

After the process of collecting industrial and domestic waste from various regions of the country, ÇEMAŞ A.Ş. takes on the task of recovering, recycling, disposing, disarming the domestic scrap waste by using its experienced staff, machinery and equipment and its investment resources.  The classification and recycling of the scrap waste in our facility is conducted by our experts. At the Shear Unit facility, solid wastes are reduced in volume and dispatched to smelters.

The scrap wastes that undergo these processes are pressed, and their size is reduced by cutting them. The waste materials that grow in volume are dispatched to disposal facilities via the vehicle fleet of Çemaş A.Ş. to be processed in recycling.
